Usage is measured in Prisms. On paid plans, starting a build or edit session and each agent message you send draw on your monthly Prisms; a typical tool, including its build conversation, is about 100 Prisms, and forking an existing tool costs a fraction of that. Using a deployed tool never counts, and paid allowances refresh in full at the start of each billing cycle. The Free plan works differently: it includes one tool, yours forever, with its own agent message allowance instead of a monthly meter.

Yes. Every new workspace includes one tool with no card required, and it's yours forever. Build it, iterate on it with your included agent messages, and anything you ship stays deployed.

On paid plans, new builds and edits pause until your allowance refreshes at the next billing cycle, or you can opt in to extra usage, which keeps builds going past the allowance and is billed through your card at each renewal. Your invoices and rates are always available under Manage billing. Nothing is billed without that opt-in. On the Free plan, once your included tool is built, upgrading is how you add more. Either way, deployed tools, their data, and your team's access keep working.
